CONCEPT PLANS

Your building designer will complete your concept plans.

Includes:

3D perspectives
Site plan
Elevations
Floor Plan

PLANNING DRAWINGS

Your building designer will prepare plans for council planning approval.

Includes:

Consultancy work (Engineering)
Council Application
Complete plans to the required council standard.

DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL

Your building designer will finalise architectural plans to obtain development approval.

Includes:

Consultancy work (Engineering)
Consultancy work (Timber Framing)
Consultancy work (Energy Report)
Building Certification

CONSTRUCTION

Your project will be allocated to your chose of builder by the building designer.
